Support SafeMinds: Third-Party Events

A third party event is one that is conceived and created completely by volunteers to benefit SafeMinds. >From hosting a dinner party, to organizing a golf tournament, holding a bake sale or car wash, there are countless things you can do to benefit SafeMinds.

The criteria for these events are as follows:

  • A third party event application must be completed and submitted to SafeMinds during the event-planning phase.
  • SafeMinds is completely staffed by volunteers and cannot provide staffing or other support for third party events.
  • SafeMinds name may not be used in any event promotion unless at least 50% of net proceeds will be given to the organization.
  • The event must have the potential to generate income and/or community awareness for SafeMinds that would warrant the use of the SafeMinds logo or name.
  • Expenses incurred in the production of third party events are the responsibility of the organizer and can be reimbursed from event proceeds.
  • If sponsorships are being sought, the list of potential sponsors must be provided to SafeMinds for review/approval prior to any contact in order to eliminate duplicate solicitation.
  • If SafeMinds logo or name is used in any printed form (brochures, invitations, flyers, posters, etc.) SafeMinds must see and approve all art work prior to production.
